Willoughby’s "Intelligence Series," Vol. II focused on intelligence activities in the Philippines, identifying key individuals and groups, and chronicling submarine penetration missions. The documentary appendices to this volume were split into two parts. This part (which was bound with the main volume) includes the first thirteen documentary appendices, covering funds sent to guerrillas, totals of guerrilla messages sent and received, submarine shipments to the Philippines and tonnage of supplies, directives to several penetration missions, Maj.
