The male, an itinerant clothes vendor, wears a loose shirt with a small slit in front, a standing collar and folded sleeves. The loose baggy trousers betray Chinese influence. The woman wears the basic 16th century square-necked baro except that it has longer but folded sleeves. The skirt is gathered at the waist with drawstring. Both male and female used to go about town with scarves on their heads; print UR - http://www.retrato.com.ph/photodtl.asp?id=AC00318 UR - http://retrato.com.ph/retratoimages/Midsize/AC/AC00318a.jpg UR - http://retrato.com.ph/retratoimages/Thumb/AC/AC00318a.jpg ER -
