N1  - Born in Iloilo. Educated in  Ateneo de Manila; Law course in University of Santo Tomas, graduatin in 1901.  During the revolution, was Auditor for General Delgado in Iloilo.  After the close of the revolution,he returned to Manila and formed the law firm of Ledesma, Sumulong and Quintos.  He becamre a member of the Philippine Assembly from Iloilo; With prints
