N1  - Barretto was one of the framers of the Malolos Constitution in 1898, a member of the Philippine committee that conferred with the Schurman Commission in 1899, and  Zambales delegate to the Philippine Assembly in 1907 and Secretary of Finance (1917). Lawyer and politician from Cabangan, Zambales; born on Jan. 21, 1867 to Antonio Barreto and Carmen Blanco.  and Secretary of Finance (1917). Between 1917 and 1927, he served as president of the Phil. Nat''l Dev''t. Corp., the Cebu Portland Cement Co., El Ahorro Insular and director of the Phil. Chamber of Commerce and the Phil. Long Distance Co. He died of a heart ailment on December 7, 1951; With prints
