N1  - This municipal building was constructed during the Spanish regime and it originally housed the "Hacienda de Biñan" and later the main building of the Biñan Elementary School. The local government, represented by then Mayor Jesus M. Garcia, acquired it in 1954 repaired and remodeled it before its inauguration as the new municipal hall on May 15, 1955; With prints
