The church of Cabadbaran in Agusan del Norte. Founded in 1896, it was said that people who encountered hardships in life were able to find peace and friendship in this town, hence, it was named Cabadbaran, derived from the phrase "Badbaran sa kawad-on", which means "to release from want".
