A double-bodied rocketship-kite with Philippine flags as the tails. measuring some 6 ft. long and about half as wide. Flanking the main rectangular body are triangular tubes which emit a hissing sound as the kite flies. Kite-making involves not only the application of artistic but also engineering skill. A kite is constructed with an eye for balance, upthrust and flexibility. Each of the mobile part is fastened with a slender but strong string and to preserve balance, all the string are attached to a long cord at the exact center of the kiteImage type: Original
