Gregorio Perfecto was a delegate to the 1934 Constitutional Convention. He signed the charter drafted by the body with his own blood. In 1937, he won a seat in the National Assembly. In 1945, he was appointed associate justice of the Supreme Court by President Osmeña. Shown is a photo of the assemblyman with his daughter, Miss Elenita Perfecto, taken a day after the elections.
